The Soutern Strategy

National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Ken Spain said in an email to reporters yesterday: "DNC Chairman Tim Kaine gave voters a sneak peak at their 2010 strategy: Play the race card from the bottom of the deck."

They would know. The modern Republican party was built on a foundation of racism. The self described "Southern Strategy" was the blueprint and it's part of the political history of the United States. If you have any doubt, google it.
