President Obama called today for Republicans to stop obstructing raising the liability cap for oil companies. He said this: "I urge the Senate Republicans to stop playing special interest politics and join in a bipartisan effort to protect taxpayers and demand accountability from the oil companies."
President Obama can't actually call the Republicans corrupt even if that's exactly what he means. But everybody else can. And with this issue as the perfect example it should be easy for everybody, including the Democrats in congress, to do just that.
