Begala: Dems won PA-12 by "attacking the Republican"

That's the way to win. You don't have to be good, just better than the alternative. If you make the alternative unacceptable, you win no matter what. The results of GOP public policy are catastrophic and absolutely unacceptable. It should not be difficult to define their candidates the same way.
