Fired!

HOST: Well let me ask you this. If you were still the CEO at Hewlett Packard and the figures said you had to cut 10,000 jobs today, would you do it as a responsible CEO?
FIORINA: Of course. And by the way, having managed HP through the worst technology recession in 25 years and nevertheless doubled the size of that company from $44 billion to $88 billion, I know what every responsible family and every responsible business in California knows.

Of course. Make it 20,000. Long as it makes the stockholders happy and I get my $21 million dollar payout. Send those jobs to India. Hell, as senator I'd even vote to give the company a tax break for doing it... Hey, if she did such a great job at HP why was she fired? And why did the stock jump 7% on the news?
