Arrogant Or Uppity?

GOP Rep Trent Franks, in a quote buried in a Politico piece, appeared to say that Obama was ""arrogant" in demanding the $20 billion escrow fund from BP.

The people who run BP should be thanking their lucky stars they haven't been arrested. What's this clown talking about?

    arrested for what? They had the required safety features installed on the rig. The rules were obviously not strict enough and there's certainly a large amount of financial and civil liability incurred by BP but what crime would you suppose that BP executives are guilty of?
