Government Subsidized

David Jungerman, the Raytown farmer who posted a sign on a semi-truck trailer accusing Democrats of being the “Party of Parasites" has received more than $1 million in federal subsidies since 1995. But Jungerman says the payouts don’t contradict the sign he put up in a corn field in Bates County along U.S. 71 Highway. “That’s just my money coming back to me,” Jungerman, 72, said Monday. “I pay a lot in taxes. I’m not a parasite.”

Whatever. I pay a lot of taxes too. And I've not received one penny in government subsidies. On top of that, my taxes are going to pay for this guy to advertise that my political party is full of parasites. The reality of course, is it's the red states that need welfare from the federal government, no doubt due in part to people like Jungerman.

  2. Typical Republican hypocrite…”It’s alright if “I” do it, but if you do…you’re a leach”

  3. "Jungerman said he put up the sign to protest people who pay no taxes, but, “Always have their hand out for whatever the government will give them” in social programs."

Stupid kids and their free school lunches. Somebody needs to teach them there's no such thing as a free lunch.

  4. "...my taxes are going to pay for this guy to advertise that my political party is full of parasites." Not to mention the wars he undoubtedly supports.
